It believes that all children, women, the people with disabilities and the indigenous people have the rights to a healthy, happy, fulfilling life in a peaceful society with clean and sustainable environment. UPAMA wants everyone to have the opportunity to achieve the things they want out of life. We are committed to a non-formal approach, follow the principle of democracy and promote the participation of partner people in decision making as part of our program planning, monitoring and evaluation. We use the Constitution of Bangladesh, Laws & UN Conventions/ Declarations related to the rights (of children, women, the people with disabilities, the indigenous people and environment) as the major tools for ensuring government and public accountability for all.
